Everything! Staff were very friendly & hotel was excellent

Great room for a fair price. We were impressed when we arrived. Tidy room, a good pool with a nice wading area for the kids, and I love how long the continental breakfast goes.
The shower in our room had a previous guests hair on the walls and the drain was so clogged up with hair that it took an hour for the tub to drain. My husband had to pull it apart to unclog it so we could shower.

Easy Checkin process
There was food on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The pull out couch mattress was disturbingly dirty and uncomfortable, along with there being no bedding to make up the bed when we arrived.
