The heater was either cold as hell or hot as hell. We froze our butts off. Couldn’t sleep. Awful.

Trains in the middle of the night, fog across the hall barking late and the starting early. Found a dirty sock from the previous occupants, lead me to believe the room cleaning was not taken seriously.

Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. The automated pancake machine was a bonus :).

We got to our room late, so didnt' really notice til the next morning..... there was black hair curly hair in the bathroom and the top bedding was soiled/dirty. Mentioned it when we left and the staff was apologetic and would have taken care of this issue if we had brought it to their attention the night before, but it was late and we immediately went to bed.

my family and I were in Minot to say good bye to my elderly father who passed. I was too emotional to complain but there was a gun shot in the parking lot and it seemed like there was a lot of drug activity going on. There was vomit on the bed skirt, and clumps of hair in the shower. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was dirty too…..overall it was an inexpensive place to sleep, but I would not stay there again.

Booking.com and the hotel screwed up our reservation and only had one room when my confirmation said 3 rooms…. took a long time to find another hotel…VERY Disappointed 😡

The breakfast was one of the worst that I've encountered. I had pancakes and I never eat pancakes but other than very bland oatmeal there was nothing else except sweet stuff. The room was exceptional; clean, spacious cheerful. Bed was very comfortable.

the toilet was so low that one could rest their head on their knees while using it. It would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues.

extremely dirty. There were crumbs all over , hairs in bathroom and chewed up candy on the floor. The girl at desk said it wasn’t her job to clean , but offered to do it. I felt more comfortable cleaning it myself to make sure I could disinfect everything. I vacuumed and disinfected everything at 10:30 at night instead of going to get dinner. I didn’t take a shower because it felt too dirty and I slept with my clothes and coat because I didn’t trust the sheets. They said they would apply a discount , but I haven’t seen the refund yet.
