Safety bar on door frame not screwed in appropriately (all 3 screws loose). Needs to be securely fastened into the door frame for customer safety and peace of mind. Transparency relative to pet policy/fee at time of booking, not after the customer pays and is thereafter given a policy that they are required to sign for this no-cancellations-allowed booking. Transparency so the customer understands BEFORE they hand over their money.
