House was cute. Beds were comfortable.

Property manager did not communicate. I emailed, texted, and called over a period of days with no response. I tried to inquire about an additional night and an early check in. No response. Since I had to answers, I got concerned that this was a scam. So we drove over to check the property early. The house cleaner could not even get in the door to start cleaning. House was not dusted and there was trash under the couch. Also someone else had obviously laid down on 2 of the beds. There were head prints on the pillows.
