Spacious rooms and parking are key attributes of this property. You get complete apartment with 2 bedrooms, a hall, 2 washrooms, kitchen and a majles- guest room which actually didn't had carpet neither couches. But number of beds and comfort were to its peak.
Little maintenance needed and facilities like towel, tissues, shampoo etc were missing. It's 6 kms away from haram (masjid e nabawi) so you can't walk and need to have transportation for yourself. However, parking under the masjid is a blessing so this property still remains my favorite.

Location is good and value for money.
12-14 minutes drive to Prophet's mosque.
Spacious apartment and nicely furnished.
Waheed the care taker of the property was very helpful.
Plenty of parking space and easy access.
Kids enjoyed the stay.
Had to pay cash and no proof of payment (receipt).
Washrooms need little maintenance. (not a major issue).

الشقق كبيرة ونظيفة لكن غرفة المجلس تحتاج معك فرش للجلوس عليه الموظف وحيد الباكستانى بيجيب اغراض لكم من البقاله موظف المسؤل عن حجوزات الشقق كتير متعاون ومهذب جدا مصرى ا/ محمد الشقق بعيدة عن الحرم 4 دقائق بالسيارة لكن مشى بالارجل بعيدة غير كل ذلك هى فعلا حق عوائل ممتازة

الموقع والنظافة والمسئؤل عن المكان الاستاذ محمد رجال محترم ومتعاون بكل شى الله يبارك لهم يارب والمكان وقف لله الله يجازيهم خير

ماشاء الله الشقة كبيرة جدا ونظيفة والموظف المصرى محمد قمة في الادب والاحترام ونعم الاختيار من راعى الحلال يوجد ثلاجة كبيرة وبوتجاز وأسرة كتير وقريبة جدا ع الحرم النبوي والاسواق
ينقصها فقط ادوات المطبخ لكن مو مشكلة
