The rental was well-appointed. Loved having shampoo available in the shower. The backyard has a nice sitting area. Very close to the beach. Parking right outside the door. Rental management was very responsive.
The washing machine and dryer need some TLC. The rental is located on a busy street therefore traffic can be a bit loud. If anyone is staying in the unit upstairs, you will hear them, especially if they are heavy-footed.
