Location is perfect. Pool is very nice.

They have waffles for breakfast!! Very nice hotel, clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful personnel. Amazing location near Wrightsville Beach.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Toiletries were very nice.

The air conditioning unit in the room was loud. The units may need to be replaced and updated.

Check in and out was easy, mattress a little too soft, breakfast typical but limited choices. No recycle canister despite recyclable plates, etc.

Everything was super. Breakfast was good ,staff friendly, room clean and we would stay again if we needed to stay at a hotel again .

The bed was comfy. The breakfast had several options. lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly.

parking was tight with a full size truck, the spaces are more compact.

The hall is quiet good decorated.

All the area with elevators and rooms looks like an hospital ; no charm, all is common. Food at breakfast is prepared with bad quality products, all dishes are made of plastic.

Hands down the best experience was Christine the very sweet, kind, with amazing patience young lady that worked the front desk. She was truly amazing and apologetic, even though she had nothing to do with that. And Bar tender was good, drinks were on point.

First starts of with One of the beds had not been made, when we pulled back the comforter the sheets were crumbled and pulled to the end, the pillows literally still had the head print of whoever slept in it and hair on the sheets. The bathroom had also not been attended to once we compared it to the second room/ bathroom we were moved to, Second room just felt fresher. Breakfast? was beyond disappointing everything was uncovered and cold and we were extremely disturbed that the older woman working that area used no gloves and literally bare handed grabbed the last two omelets from one tray to transfer to the other. WHAT!!!! This was an interesting mouth dropping experience.

The fireplace is so relaxing.

Didn’t care for the tv channels. I would love the Hallmark channel to be added :)
