I have visited Mandaal twice within three months. Being London based, that should be a testament to how incredible this experience is. The first time I stayed in the Mountain hostel for a week, where I was mesmerised by those morning views of the Himalayas and by night, the world under the Supermoon. Upon arriving I saw a Leopard. We stopped for a while watching it duck in and out looking to cross the road. The jungle trek was curative of any urban-induced anxiety. There is no experience in the world like this. The peace found at Mandaal was magical. The second visit was for a full three weeks. I stayed in both Corbett and visited Mandaal Riverside crossing the Kosi river by 4x4 car. In Mandaal you’re never too far from a Tiger, he was spotted a few times from on site. The thrill of this is incomparable to any other wildlife creature I’ve experienced. This is a truly homely experience, the food is delicious and healthy, the environment was peaceful and I was truly re-set. Of course, this was after seeing in the New Years where you can see the true meaning of “going wild in the jungle” This is all down to Mandaal’s jewel in the crown, it’s very own Mr. Goldie. He is a Tiger conservationist and founder of Mandaal. His passion is infectious, and he makes every single guest feel valued and well looked after. There is no issue or concern he won’t take seriously and resolve. There is no amount of money in the world that could equate to an evening around the bonfire hearing his stories from his years in India, Africa and Russia. Three weeks wasn’t enough, it may well be twice that next time (for I am determined to see that crocodile!). Mandaal is fast becoming the only place I want to spend my hard earned City-rat-race-accumulated time and energy.

Mandaal Corbett offered a truly memorable experience during my visit this Dec. The serene ambiance provided the perfect escape, and the jungle safari was an absolute highlight. I had the opportunity to witness the magnificent tigers in their natural habitat, with the host Mr. Rohit Saroha which was an awe-inspiring sight.The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend Mandaal Corbett for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat amidst nature's beauty and an unforgettable wildlife adventure.

This is my third time to Mandaal. I usually visit here for the Host who outperform every other wildlife team at Jim Corbett. This time I came to try their new activity which is Cycle Safari and I loved every minute of it. Rooms are spacious, the adventurous approach to property start your excitement before you reach the property. Now what to tell about Goldie, the host of the property. Go and hear the tales yourself. And yes one more addition, The Food (it’s yummy)
