Will recommend to any families interested in coming to OBX. Clean, spacious, location was excellent! Views of the ocean steps to the beach, pool and hotub for the kids! Would definitely come again!!! We loved our beach house vacation!

We went with three total family’s each having two kids. Unfortunately it rained the first two days. But the house is perfect for entertaining kids while being stuck inside. Very quiet area close to everything. House is an amazing location, and an amazing layout. 4 bedrooms 1st floor, all with a access to a bathroom, and one room upstairs with the family room/kitchen. Pool and hot tub are a great plus! Comes with a beach cart which was handy for the small opportunity we had. They didn’t advertise it, but it came with a high chair and pack and play which was a great added bonus. Great big dining table for the family. Living room was cozy with a huge tv. Quick ride to the grocery store and some amazing local restaurants. We loved Bad Bean Baja, Viali Thai, and rundown. Not ocean front, but you can see the ocean from both front decks and the back deck. Very quick walk to the beach also! Communication was great with the home owner and the reality company. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, and look forward to staying here again in the future! Appreciate the added memories this past weekend.

My family enjoyed staying at this property. You could tell it had been renovated and was fairly modern. It is not right on the ocean but it has a nice view of the ocean. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions from the house. It was a short walk to a beach access so that was nice as well. There is a pool but it was not open since we went in November. I needed the host once during the trip and she replied promptly even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. The only negatives were after you booked you dealt with Atlantic Realty. They required you to print off a lease agreement , sign it and fax it back to them. I prefer being able to do it all electronically. It was just a hassle because I had to hunt down a fax machine. They said they didn’t receive it all so we ended up having to send in the mail. Maybe this is not uncommon but I’ve rented probably about 15 houses and never had to do this. Other thing was clean sheets were folded on the bed for you to put on upon arrival. Again, maybe this is not uncommon but I’ve never had to put the sheets on myself. It wasn’t a huge deal but just be prepared to do that. Overall we enjoyed the house and the time spent with family.
