After having another condo booked and due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we happened upon this place. I tell you it was a blessing!! Easy booking arrangements, fair prices, just the great getaway that we needed. Place was wonderful, views were nice and cleanliness was above and beyond. We actually arrived early and host was kind enough to allow early check in to drop our bags and go site seeing. Great place with a kind host that we we will keep in our plans for future getaways!!

Really enjoyed the view and balcony. I thought there'd be a grill, pretty sure I saw one in pics, but there wasn't. That's ok we cooked inside. Place is updated nicely and looks great inside. Only complaint is, in the guest bathroom, I pulled the trash bag out of the little trashcan...and there was a half inch of brown chunky fluid inside. It was puke, and extremely putrid. I almost ralphed but I kept it together. I rinsed it out so no one else would have to smell it. I know it's hard for a cleaner to come in after each guest and not miss anything so I'm not super mad about it. The rest of the place was spotless.

We've stayed at this property before and the only thing we disliked was the couch. It has since been replaced, so we have nothing else to complain about. Great location, beautiful view, nice pool. I don't know if the neighbors are just super quiet or the wall are super thick, but we couldn't hear anything through the walls, ceiling, or floor. Perfect!

The condo was very convenient to all restaurants and bars, not very far at all. The pool was an added bonus with 100+ degree weather truly enjoyed that.

Our stay at this condo was excellent with a clean facility and great views of the lake.
The pool was virtually all ours during our stay and it was in great condition.
We were in close proximity to shopping and food.

It was nice my only this was there were cobwebs on the ceiling fan and when we walked in it there was a note from the exterminator.

Absolutely loved this place and it was perfect for our kid free Spring Break! Super cute and clean - this place offered everything we needed. Close to the events and shopping on Osage Parkway but secluded enough for peace and quiet. We will defend book again.

The location and view are great. We arrived early and were allowed to check in before the check-in time which spoke volumes. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with necessities. The only minor cons and not deal breakers, was how loud the air conditioner was and the icemaker did not work. Erika, our contact person, was quick in getting back to me and explained they are waiting on part for icemaker. I would recommend Parkview Place to others.

This condo was beautiful & perfect size for my family of 4. My boys (17 & 5) appreciated the gaming systems in the second bedroom. The view was awesome! If you have a larger vehicle, parking can be tricky.

This condo complex was probably built in the late 80's but the owner has transformed the inside to a beautiful new condo. Expense was not spared from the electrical outlets to the kitchen appliances, television/entertainment and furnishings. The king bed was as comfortable as our own maybe better. The next time we go to the lake we will definitely try to rent this unit again!

If we needed any help the person we was told to call answered right away. It was a very nice place, clean and a good area. The beds was very comfortable. The place just kinda felt like home and it was a nice place to get away. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay, everything worked perfect. Great location on the lake and by land with lots to do around. The beds are very comfortable, the showers have lots of pressure and appliances work great!

The apartment was perfectly located, overlooking the lakes and nearby to restaurants, shopping and the highway.
It was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed for our short stay - amazed it had washer and dryer.
If we ever come back to the Lakes we would definitely stay in this apartment.

The biggest complaint we had was the dirty dishes - we had to wash all the dishes we wanted to use. Plates looked like they were stacked up and something spilled down the side of them, bowls the same way. there was one coffee cup - the yellow one which had old coffee in it still - and was in the cabinet. Knifes/spoons/forks had spots and grime on them - the grease tray in the griddle was still filled with grease and was nasty. Other than that the place was super nice! Pool not so much - smaller in size and one half was 3--4 ft then went right into 8-9 feet - so no one was able to really use the deep end and therefore made the pool that much smaller. LOVE the location and big windows being right on the water was great!

We took a short trip to check out the area for a trip in July with family so wanted to check area out. This could not have been a better place for shopping, eating and anything you want to do. Then the condo was everything it was said to be. Beautiful, quiet and great view. Just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
