The place was in a gorgeous location. The house was amazing. Great layout. Comfortable. Clean and spacious. Kids were happy with the wifi access, and having a jungle to explore. It was also a great Property for hide and seek. Large spacious kitchen and 2 fridges with ice was a bonus. The view was stunning and the large deck made it feel really homely. Check-in and out process was too easy, and communication was great. Plenty of glasses, crockery etc for all of our guests. The place even had several different coffee machines to use if we needed.

Didn't have basic essentials like dishwashing liquid, spray and wipe, bbq cleaning products, glad wrap or plastic containers. Also not enough garbage bags or toilet paper for the amount of us staying there for that amount of time. Also having the bins full upon arrival was an inconvenience as we had nowhere to put our rubbish. It would have made our stay more enjoyable and convenient, rather than having to buy these things to use for a couple of days and then throwing it out. We have used both booking.com and Airbnb as well as stayed in various motels or private rentals and these things are usually something we would find at all properties. We also had cockroaches in the pantry so I relocated all of our food into the fridge so they couldn't get to it. (As there were no plastic containers) I was disheartened to view a cockroach in a bag of food when I went to close the fridge door. I had to throw any food out that wasn't sealed as I didn't know what they'd already crawled over while in the pantry. Lower dishwasher drawer must be missing a wheel or something as it was difficult to pull in and out. My last critique, the doonas should probably have quilt covers on them. We like sleeping with something snuggly. We had a look for covers but unfortunately couldn't find them.

Property was amazing. Spacious for 2 families. Kids enjoyed on bunk beds and the view from balcony was mind blowing.

AC in master bedroom was not working through out the stay. Being 30 degree weather everyday would be nice to come back and sleep in cold room. Would be nice if AC would have been fixed before we arrived. 3rd bedroom says double bed but there were 2 single bed.

Loved how much light there was throughout the house. great breeze across the deck. fully self contained with bbq, coffee machine, washer & dryer and wifi. the location is amazing, really nice and peaceful.

aircon in the main bedroom made a really loud noise and had a red light on so was unable to be used. bedroom with the bunk beds did not work at all. There was rotting fish in the garden below.

The house was very well kept and we enjoyed the stay.

Air conditioning in one of the rooms with bunk beds were faulty. And it was very hot inside, making it difficult for children to sleep. Not clear instructions on bins disposal arrangement.

cleaning can be improved. dirty bbq and oven, dead cockroach, ants in bathroom, verandah dirty. no internet on arrival.

great house for the money

I enjoyed the sunsets from the rear deck...Netflix on the frequent rainy days.

Perhaps spare linen to put on the beds as we were staying for 2 weeks.
