Everything. We booked this property since this property seemed new and not a lot of rating. We decided to give it a shot due to the location, value for money and appearance of the place from the photos. Host attempted to communicate a day and when we were on our way to said location. Since number was unregistered on my phone, I waited for a message or voice mail so I could respond. I then decided to call the number only to find out it was the host and the host said that there was a problem with the property and had to cancel the 2nd night of my reservation. He then mentioned he can have us stay for the first night and that we have to find another place for the second. I let him know that this was unacceptable as reservation was made in advance so as to avoid any urgent booking which would be more costly and avoid the stress of finding a location suddenly. This host mentioned that there was a "water leak" and had people coming over the second day to fix the "leak". After several back and forth phone calls, the owner had the audacity to say that he was going to fix "my problem" to which I told him it was his problem to begin with. The owner decided to find a location in another site and called to mention I had to book it myself which was going to be a problem on my part since it would be more costly. It was then agreed that the payment made initially would be used instead and an additional amount as the host said the other location was bigger (of note, the host offered 1 day at the original place and move to the other location the next day OR stay at the other location for the whole duration). We chose the latter due to convenience purposes so as not to move again after 1 night. The problems never stopped as when we arrived in the replacement apartment, the photos were not the same but in actuality the opposite.
