Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing. No Smoking/Drugs Policy No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages. Tickets, Tolls, and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.
