Very nice view of the sea. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, free secured parking. Welcoming host and problem free check-in procedure. Free wi-fi.

Overall the building is not well maintained, the railing on the balcony was detached and could very well collapse if you lean too heavy on it. Surely it was end of the season, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We were not really watching much TV, but a 15-inch monitor for a TV is really bad taste.

Very small issue with the shower due to undelimited space (small tub or similar) and water flooding larger area of the bathroom, but good draining and vent did the job quickly every time.

The apartment is super close to the beach, is very spacious and confortable.

Great view of the sea, even from the apartment with a partial view (4th floor). The host was very helpful, we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and she gave us the room as soon as it was ready. Kitchen has all the basic equipments and dishes you might expect.

The bathroom. The shower doesn't have a tray, so the bathroom floor was wet and sandy after each shower we took. Also, the toilet tank was leaking, so there was water on the floor all the time. The entrance to the beach was further than expected, with no sidewalk to get there - made it a bit difficult with two small children.

Very cosy apartment with an excelent location near the see. The view from 2and 3th floors was amazing! The guest speak english and was always available when we need something. The location also has a private parking with dedicated parking lot per apartment, which was very useful! Also a bus station to Varna ( ticket 1 leva) is located near the apartment.

I don’t have any complaints regarding the property. It would be very useful if some ATM were available in the area ( there are some Euronet ATM but the exchange rate is horrible 1 leva =3 Ron ; normally the conversion rate is 1 leva =2.55 ron at bank ATM in Varna)
