The apartment was clean a modern. Air-condition in all rooms. Nice grill and large swimming pool available for guests. Close to a beach and lot af restaurants in walking distance. 5/5

All was good.

the property was an excellent size for four adults to use, the pool area was big and always clean with lots of space for guests. the rooms were clean and we had plenty of towels if needed.location for shops beach and restaurants was ideal. we stayed for a festival in Tisno and it was a 10-15 minute taxi ride which was good.

the only thing would be the lack of cooking utensils and basic things like, salt, sugar, spices for cooking etc but it really wasn’t too big of a deal as the supermarket was a 4 minute walk up the road.

The apartment was very clean with spacious bedrooms. The direct access to the swimming Pool and sun terras was a great plus point. We enjoyed jumping in the Pool after a warm day of sightseeing. The location was only a few steps from the beach and city center with lots of excellent restaurants. The owner was living in the same apartment building and was very kind and helpfull. Towels for bathroom and swimming Pool were provided. A separate facility room with wasmachines and dryers was also available. I recommend this apartment .

We liked everything

Absolutely everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Mirko. Extremely friendly and pleasant gentleman who gave us a tour of the place and offered assistance with anything we need. Place is absolutely amazing, so far the best apartment we stayed in on the Adriatic coast and we will be back for sure. Apartment was super clean, very modern and location is top! Literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and also the centre. It doesn't get any better than that! Swimming pool is another amazing addition to this luxurious place! I can't recommend this enough! We will be back 😊🙂

Villa Ljubica is a perfect place for vacations - it can meets everyone's expectations. You have got perfect location - close to the beach (100m) and Vodice port and Old Town with multiple bars and restaurants. The apartment is big and brand new with all the equipment you need - you have got literally like at home. You have great tarace space to rest and nice pool (cleaned very often) to swim. But the best thing that you cannot buy and find in another place is a host - Mirko. He is so helpful, friendly that you feel like you stay at your best friend's house. Honestly we felt like a VIP guests in luxurious 5 star hotel. We will definitely return:)

We had the most amazing trip and loved our apartment. It was really exceptional. We had a ground floor apartment with easy access to terrace and pool (great for the kids). The place was super clean and outdoor area was cleaned regularly. We had access to cleaning material and washer/dryer which was super convenient. Our hosts were amazing, super attentive and the apartment really was kitted out with most things you could possibly need. Additionally, we were able to avail of beach towels which was super useful. Another aspect that was perfect was the location, you could not get better than this. 2 min walk from closest beach and port (this is where we rented our boat). Probably a 5 min walk to nearest supermarket (there are two) and right in the center to access many restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Finally, we had a private parking spot reserved for us during our entire trip on the grounds.

The pool is fantastic and cleaned every day. However it's not overly big. We never had to really share the pool with anyone else during our stay (early September) however during peak season (without COVID), I think it would be a bit overcrowded if all apartments were occupied. Lastly, and very small, we ate at least twice/day in the apartment and we found we needed to buy additional equipment to make life a bit easier (cheese grater, scissors, in addition to hangers etc).
