Very comfortable location for family and groups in a relatively quite area close to the city centre. The house has a nice patio with sea-view to spend your evenings, a kitchen with all the basic amenities and spacious rooms with aircondition. The host is very welcoming and always available for helping you to enjoy your staying! Highly recommended

The beach close to the house is not the most spectacular in the area and the best time to enjoy it is in the morning. To move around you need a car.

The owner is a wonderful man. He tried his best to make us feel like home. Helpful, kind, attentive. We notified him of lights that were out and the tv broken. He replaced them the next day, including a new tv set. The yard, a lot of olive trees, neat grass, the flowers surrounding us.

The mold/mildew smell of the appartment. it was unbareable. difficult to cover even with additional air parfumers. The owner indicated us to better air the rooms, which we did but did not solve the source of the smell which came from everywhere. The windows were old, single glass, all the outside noise could be heard. The moskito nets were useless as they were mounted on the sun shades and the shades had gaps around them allover. The noise you could hear from the neighbours, even if they were quiet (no sound insulation of the walls/ceiling/windows.(you could hear peope farting or peeing above you). Very old inside: kitchen, bathrom, beds. The property is at a certain distance from the main road, however you can clearly hear the cars, trucks, motorcycles. If you are searching for a quiet place, look somewhere else.

The place is wonderful and the host is a person with warm heart who is always there to help the guests. I recommend this place because it is very beautiful and you will fill the greek culture while having intersting talks with the host.

nice and quiet location, beautiful garden and veranda, very friendly and helpful host Aris and his well-behaved friendly dog Emma. walking to the restaurants near the harbour along the beach (30 mins) with beautiful views of the sunset. you should definitely have a walk in the old part of Nikiti, very beautiful and with stunning sights. Nikiti is well located for trips along both coasts of Sithonia which has many beautiful beaches. we were there in the second half of October and enjoyed that there was little traffic and empty beaches.

at this time of the year the evenings may be quite cold without heating.

Great location, very cooperative and generous host. George's house is very family friendly. It includes all comfort facilities one would need for both long and short vacation stays.

Great location - just 100 metres from a long wild beach. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. Lovely, leafy garden. Aris, the owner, is a very kind and hospitable man and Emma, the dog is a sweetheart. Our 10-year-old son thought it was our best seaside holiday so far and was determined to come back.
