The hosts were really kind and helpful and the apartment was perfect for our family of four (with two teenagers). It was well equipped with everything we needed and things that were reported as missing or faulty in previous reviews have clearly been fixed. The pool was great and the cafe downstairs did tasty snacks. There was a good range of nationalities, not many Brits. Ericeira is beautiful with some lovely restaurants, shops and beaches. It's a 30 minute walk to get into the town and about 20 minutes to Ribeira d'Ilhas beach We managed for a week without a car, walked to the supermarket and got a taxi back for 8 euros. There's a handy mini-market by the campsite which is only a 15 minute walk. A relaxing break with a bit of SUP and surfing in the sea.
