Staff always friendly and very helpful, every single time, I did ask quite a few...
We had a problem with an electric fuse, sorted in 15 minutes with efficiency, politeness and no fussy.
Few times I requested help, maintenance, phone call, local information, restaurant, always dealt with politely, helpfully and in a warm friendly manner.
I can't faulty. Fantastic 3 days stay. Recommended and will return again when visiting Belém in the future.
