Water temperature when taking shower is mostly cold water, difficult to regulate, uncomfortable. Heating is not great either.

Really good, the shower worked flawlessly, so we were happy with that.

The beds could be firmer...

The AC in the rooms makes some noise but nothing really serious to ruin the stay.

The location was nice and the representative of the apartment was responsive although only one of the many issues was solved.

The house was bloody disgusting! There was food on the chairs, the closets were dirty, the trash bin had pieces of trash in it and so on. Definitely no one bothered to clean. The water heater was a nightmare (impossible to shower with hot water the first 3 days), the fridge didn’t work for a few days (was very unpleasant to find it wasn’t working after buying the groceries), the ac was very noisy, there were 2 pans, one would do to boil a maximum of 2 eggs and the other one not only was it burnt as well as had leftovers of food. Although the add doesn’t tell you there are no keys and they will make you install an app so you can enter the house and sometimes just won’t function. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE.

Check-in procedure is very easy. You will get two links with you can open the front door of the building and the door of the apartment. Apartment was clean and very modern. Airconditioning was working very good.

The host is only speaking Spanish. False accusations of the host that we made a lot of noise. In our opinion this was not possible, because at the moment when we got the message of the host, we only were for 15 minutes out of 10 hours in the apartment and did not made any noise.

Location is great and the host was very friendly.
