Garbage bin at the front smells. Amenities was basic for the price. Decor dated. Room small especially single room.

the mattresses where substandard. they've asked for money to get a remote control for the air con. there was a constant noise of a water pump in the bathroom. it had the ambience of a submarine

The room was not the one we had seen and reserved on booking.com. it was tiny, dark, dirty as was the bathroom. The staff were unhelpful and the breakfast very poor. will not ever stay here again.

Good location close to public transport. The windows opened onto a small court for fresh air.

Where do I begin? Mould in grout and silicone in shower, no bathroom ventilation, when I mentioned this to reception the response was “I not understand” a shoulder shrug then in good English “what do you expect me to do?” Double bed more like king single. No fridge, huh? Tiny room too small for a single and a double bed, with no room to move. Had to leave the room key (not key card) at reception if we went out. Why? No television remote in room, had to ask for it and return it when we left. These last two points suggest management believes all guests possess personal qualities of dishonesty/thieving tendencies. The nice and large windows opening onto a small courtyard let in the cigarette smoke emitted by the smoker smoking in the fresh air in the morning.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Stayed here for my birthday, The hotel is in perfect location, the staff are absolutely amazing and friendly! Would definitely stay again

Beds were small for double bed

I really love the way they treat their clients. Reception is opened 24h and they give you all the necessary and support. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

the breakfast is good with waitress serving you all the way. and all the staff are great! Especially the blonde Albanian woman( i forgot her name), she is very kind and helpful.

Fine for my purposes, but perhaps a bit expensive for a Single room? Friendly staff. Clean. As others have noted, decor a bit tired. And do repair the hotel sign outside the hotel!

The lady on the reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast room was decent as was the exterior of the building and the foyer. The Continental breakfast was quick in coming as the staff were pleasant and efficient. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The hotel provided Wifi as there was no signal in my room. The location is good for Earls Court station.

My basement room with an outside view of a wall about 2 feet from the window managed to be both shabby and unwelcoming. The walls were really thin as I could hear the man in the room next door snoring. You had to pay a £20 deposit to get the TV remote. The toilet had a problem flushing the toilet paper. You are provided with one medium sized thin towel.
