The room is very spacious like a self-contained apartment. It has beds, a sofa, a dining table, a fridge, microwave, kitchenette, and spacious toilet and bathroom. The location is excellent; near a subway station and supermarket. The staff is very helpful. The hot water in the shower comes out fast. Air-conditioner helps with heating the room in winter.

The way to operate the air-conditioner does not seem to have a thermostat set point like most air-conditioners I am familiar with. You need to set a very high temperature of 28 C during winter to ensure the room is not too cold. Whereas modern air-conditioners will automatically regulate the temperature to a set point of 23 C. But this is not a major issue.

all necessary item is available. walking distance to metro daikokucho station midosuji line. and JR imamiya station osaka loop line.

honestly, one roll of toilet paper for 5 persons for a 2 days stay … and you request 100 yen to get a new one?!? this is a real cheap behaviour !

The bedroom was pretty spacious for a single traveller. If for two it might be a bit cramped but otherwise it was no problem. The location was extremely convenient since it was close to Daikokucho station, and I was close to other locations I wanted to visit, namely Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Tennoji. The IH cooker turned out to be a boon when I grabbed a frozen dish from 7-Eleven nearby, and I was able to prepare a meal that needed to be heated without a microwave. The hotel is in the residential area, so it gets really quiet at night, and it's good for sleeping.

Some of the facilities provided looked untouched in some time, and a little grimy in corners that aren't so easily cleaned like the gap between the switch and the rest of the kettle. There was also some dust in some areas that collect dust easily.

Overall worth the price .. The facilities are complete and the owner can speak English.

The room is not soundproof.. We can hear the voice from next door and we feel bad blowing hair in the middle of night as we come back late 😅 Sorry neighbor 😅 p/s: the room size is just fine, not that big.. Hardly can open two 24" luggage 😅
