Principal: Serviço de Shuttle (Van) para o aeroporto. Proximidade com o Aeroporto. Café da manhã surpreendeu positivamente! Boas opções. Os quartos possuem tamanho bom.

Os quartos já estão pedindo algumas reformas. Algumas coisas simples ajudariam a melhorar o aspecto. As comodidades poderiam ser um pouco melhores. Ex: shampoo, sabonete.

Gostei praticamente de tudo,funcionários são nota 10.

De ter ficado pouco no hotel.

we checked in around 21:00. The room hadn’t been cleaned, with messy bed sheets and used towels all around the room. I went to the reception and complained, got a new key. The second room was even worse than the first. Went downstairs again and got a third key. Finally I could rest, after wasting a precious half an hour (we had a very long day travelling, all we wanted was to have a shower and go to bed)

Was billed 520 Brazilian Riel when my reservation listed 420 Riel. Also, transportation is not available early in the morning before 6am. This is false advertising and I almost missed my check in at GRU airport because of this. I paid 55 Riel for an Uber. Most importantly is that I picked this hotel over cheaper options because of the free transportation to and from the airport. Other issues include me having to push start thier shuttle bus when I arrived. The room was infested with ants. I was never offered to have my room cleaned. I want a full refund due to false advertising and abysmal communications. I feel I was overcharged at the rate of 420 Riel. Awful value for money.

The breakfast was okay for the price. The room was simple, but clean. The bed was really comfortable and I slept super good!
