Tentative d’agression sexuelle mon 2e jour après avoir commandé un plat en room service … l’employé demande à me toucher la poitrine Traumatisée car il est de service la nuit je me barricade avec une chaise car pas de verrou dans la chambre .. je ne dors pas et le lendemain matin j’interpelle la manager. Elle me dit faire le nécessaire immédiatement, puis me réponds moins dans la journée. Elle me dit avoir « déposer plainte » mais qu’elle doit maintenir le service de la personne tant que m’investigation se termine.. autrement dit l’employé travaille encore dans le bâtiment !!!!! Pour moi impossible de rester : je leur dis ! Et il me taxe 91 dollar de taxes (??? Pour quel motif je n’ai toujours pas compris) et il me taxe une nuit supplémentaire 85 dollar.. il me facture aussi un plat que je n’ai reçu qu’à moitié et aucun geste commercial évidemment .. Ils me filment aussi tout au long de notre discussion comme si j’étais coupable … Une vraie honte ! Établissement à fermer de toute urgence et employés à envoyer en prison !! Autres cerises sur le gâteau : ma lessive qu’ils ont mis plus de 8h à me rendre !! Les managers me disent « n’ayez crainte, il n’y a rien eu, vous auriez aussi pu vous faire violer sur la plage » … on croit rêver ! On ne pourra pas blâmer tous les employés car le petit déjeuner était très bon (merci à la cuisine pour cet effort), et le cadre de la piscine agréable. Mais 3 cm au dessus de chaque porte donc beaucoup beaucoup de moustiques et mouches en chambre (des dizaines), des installations électriques plus que douteuses et aucun service d’eau en chambre compris … (alors que l’eau n’est pas potable)

Very close to the beach, spacious rooms with big balcony. We enjoyed breakfast being by room service and to have on our balcony. Staff very friendly

Hotel felt a bit unfinished, some skirting board missing and tiles missing, although our stay. In the bad weather the balcony does gather water/flood making it unusable but staff did their best to dry it daily. Insufficient towels provided in the room missing hand towel etc. (although I’m sure if we asked the staff would have happily provided)

Pretty convenient location. Lovely helpful staff. Room was huge as was the balcony. A/C was effective leading to great sleeps.

This hotel has a great deal of potential but just lacks the finer points. Each room should have bottled water supplied each day (like every other place we stayed in Sri Lanka), rooms need universal plugs.

The staff were friendly and available to help. The wifi connection was good. The rooms were specious and comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. All in all, I enjoyed my stay!

Very clean and facilities are good. Not much crowded

Not much parking space available. However they manage to arrange me a good parking slot. But if you are a foreigner parking won’t be a concern.

I enjoyed my stay very much - close to the beach (you can hear the waves crashing), clean, friendliest staff, spacious room, huge balcony (!). I will definitely stay when I come back to mirissa.

Location is very convenient. Not the first line which is good , it is more calm and not that noisy. This hotel has a pool which is great after the sunny day. Water is warm and the depth is good. Room design is modern. Breakfast is in the room and quite good. Balcony had nice view. Liked the hotel a lot.

There were a lot of insects. I don't know if this is hotels or locations problem. But everywhere on the balcony, table, chairs and inside the room.
