Sie ist sehr schnell ausgekühlt und wurde mit einer Klimaanlage beheizt, die natürlich Windgeräusche verursacht. Hat den Gesamteindruck jedoch nur minimal geschmälert.

Beautiful premises with lots of local art, nicely decorated rooms, very helpful and nice staff.

The shower wasn't cleaned properly, there were hairs, presumably from the previous guest. The shower cabin had obvious grime and dirt stains.

The staff were so sweet and friendly, they went out of their way to help me find something interesting to do on my last afternoon and to help me get around after I had issues buying subway tickets. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet.

Hosts! They were so kind! They waiting for us until midnight and talk by phone with our taxi driver because he had problems with address. Room had very nice climate and design, and smell was unforgettable. Thank You for this time.

I miss the fridge at the hotel room

The hotel itself is very nice , it’s in an old Suzhou style house in a local alley . It’s right next to an excellent food street which is not just for tourists but also frequented by locals. Close to almost all the attractions.. The couple who recently bought the hotel are very warm and welcoming people . They provided us with free drinks and given us great suggestions for visiting. They are more like friends to you other than hotel owner. By the way , they are both artist so if you want some Chinese paintings you should ask. Before we leave they even helped us book a taxi since we didn’t have the app for taxi booking, and it was hard to call a taxi in the street, the owner went out in the rain to help load our luggage. Many thanks for that. I strongly recommend this hotel for people who want to visit Suzhou
