no hot water at the time of our checkin. staffs says the water pump broke 4days ago hence no hot water in the entire building. no bottled water too

I like the room everything is clean. Very comfortable and relaxing. Good staff.
There is no food outside the near areas if you wana walk around there. Having hard time with the parking at night. There is no food in the hotel because their renovating there kitchen at the moment.

The staff did their best to accommodate all requests, but they cannot fix all of course.
We had to change rooms because the aircon water was dripping on the floor. The second room also has the same issue, but we opted not to change room. Both these rooms have terrible internet connection.
