Centric, molt ben situat
No netegen les habitacions a diari. Vam protestar i només vam aconseguir tovalloles netes (2 tovalloles, pero nosaltres erem 4)

The breakfast was great I'm gluen and dairy free they went out of there way to make a gluen and dairy free breakfast thst was delicious

The beds are comfortable
I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $30 for parking in order to have my vehicle there and there was nothing that indicated parking was extra. I did not like the fact that I booked the room for three people, paid more for breakfast and then found out. I was only entitled to have breakfast for two. So I sent my daughters down for breakfast and because we had a long day ahead of us, they brought a plate back each that they were threatened by the staff that they were bringing food back for anybody else they would find out and be charged. I don’t eat breakfast.
I booked a room with two queen beds and ended up with two double beds
My daughters could not find the pool, which is why we booked this other ones
When I went to leave, I could not get the exterior gate open, so I called and instead of somebody talking to me, they answered, then hung up and then opened the gate

Excellent location. The staff were great!
$30 a night for outdoor lot parking but they made it sound like parking was free. No hot tub.

We didn't have the breakfast due to dietary restrictions, but the extraordinary location and views, particularly on the south facing side, immediate access to all dowtown attractions, restaurants and the university, the new, beautifully modern, carefully maintained and cleaned, spacious rooms and balconies, all far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the Waterfront Holiday charged considerably less than the other downtown hotels I had looked at. We were actually kind of shocked. We were just sorry we couldn't stay another night!
There was nothing I didn't like. I expected to be up all night with noise throughout the hotel from the many guests who were there for the Vanier Cup football game. Instead, there was absolute silence in our hotel room, and I ended up having one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time.

Clean large size bed, with essential electronics like microwave
Does not have kettle for hot water , only have dirty coffee machines where inside is all stained and never been cleaned. Washroom is not bright enough needs upgrade renovation to look modern

-Great location very close to the main streets and City Hall
-Good size of the room and bathroom, lake view, very clean
-Room with microwave, mini bar, coffee machine
-2 courtesy water bottles
-Parking in front of the hotel has discount for guests
-Mini market inside the hotel
-Good breakfast
-Very noisy AC in the bedroom
-Although the breakfast is buffet style, you have to ask some basic items (such as coffee and water) to a waiter/waitress

The beds are too high. Need help getting up on them. Could have used a stool. Sorry have hip problem
The menu not a lot of variety. The pool steps are too high for someone with a handicap.
Also the machine to get out of the parking lot is too confusing

Excellent location. Beautiful balcony
Not enough umbrellas/ shade on restaurant patio

Excellent location -- this is the best part of the hotel. It is right at the waterfront, which is a very walkable area with many shops, restaurants, and even the ferry pier. Housekeeping staff was friendly.
Do not bother reserving a room at this hotel with booking.com unless you pay online. If you chose to pay at the hotel, the rates are completely different. It is frustrating that the hotel would not honour the amount that was confirmed with us via booking.com. I have never had this happen in all my years of using this platform to make reservations...
The staff at the front desk had terrible customer service. They were not forthcoming with basic information upon our check in (for example, letting us know about the security deposit), and once we asked, they were condescending and treated us as though we should know better. Most of our frustrations would have been alleviated if the staff taken the initiative to share basic information with us from the get-go. Overall, the front staff was not very warm or welcoming -- there was very little acknowledgement any time we approached the desk, no hello or goodbye from the staff standing by the door... For a place that purports to be a 4-star hotel, it is quite shocking.

Location is good. Staff all good. Hotel is adequate.
Way over priced. With parking, it came out at $440 a night. It just isn't a $400+ a-night hotel.
6.0
location good and room was standard.
The room was not cleaned properly and had to make a complaint. Considering the price point breakfast and/or parking should have been included.

The balcony was littered with cigarette butts. The room smelled of smoke.
Duvet had a big stain on it.
Parking charge is high.

The location is fantastic- waterfront, right by where the boats board for the islands cruise :)
Additionally, they allow dogs which is a big +++ in my opinion.
1. BAD CHECK IN
We arrived at 3PM, when check in was beginning. We were told our room is not ready, to come back in 40min. When we returned, the front desk clerk said she does not know if our room is ready, she would have to go and check. Then trued to do nothing, until my husband said: “then please go”.
2. RESTAURANT
Their restaurant is below average and their photos are photoshopped- not what is in the me u. We ordered the halibut with french fries. I make better french fries, and my french fries are so bad, I stopped making them :D
3. ROOM TEMPERATURE CONTROL
I can see why other reviewers said their A/C could not be regulated- it is old and the control is questionable. Our room felt cold throughout the night.

Waterview was fantastic. Price gouging parents because it was Queens Convocation, not so impressive.

The view was great, the room was comfy and clean. We appreciated the balcony too.
$28 a night for parking was brutal when also paying $400 a night for a room. The staff werent rude but also not very friendly. Also wish I had double checked breakfast status hahaha

Great harbour view, comfy beds, clean and the pool was great! close to everything. Highly recommend the Harbour side veiw the city side has peir contruction.
The front desk was hard to get a hold of. We called down to ask if the pool area had a washroom or change room, she said no, so my elderly mom didnt go for a swim. My aunt and I went later and there was a washroom. My mom would have really enjoyed a swim because of mobility issues. We asked the best way to get around to the cruise and were told the wrong direction and caused a lot more walking. Parking fee is way to high for 1 night $30 !! ? come on.

The food at their restaurant is excellent.
The rooms with odd numbers below 20 are be too noisy because of the restaurants nearby.
