There are NO vented windows in the suites or rooms of these two hotels. HATE THAT. Now I have to add to my room criteria when searching for accommodations "can I open the window"

Very clean rooms and good internet connection. Very convenient kitchenette. Comfortable beds and nicely organized room. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped.
Dishwasher is full of washed out dishes. It would be nice if they are stacked in cabinets which is easy to access.

the facility was very new and clean.
the fact that my first task on my weekend away was to unload the dishwasher. :( and that the dishes were crammed in so haphazardly that they were not clean. we had to wash dishes before we could use them.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
It was quite noisy because of the construction.

New hotel, beautiful rooms, comfy beds.
Other than the boys hockey team running the halls all night and pressing every single button in the elevator (not hotels fault!) No issues.

The staff at this hotel are professional, courteous and above average in my opinion. The hotel is well kept and nice… but it’s the staff who seal the deal.

The breakfast. It was good but the eggs were dried right out and the sausages were very hot or warm.

They did not prove a statement to prove I actually stayed there. Sure I pre-paid and I have the payment record. That only proves I paid, not that I ever checked in. So I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use booking.com again unless absolutely force to.

I made my own breakfast - thanks to the full kitchen in the room.
The cleaning schedule was not great for my room - I arrived Friday evening and stayed for over a week - leaving the following Saturday. It was cleaned the day before I left - would be better mid week.
