Quiet area/ nice shower with hot water/that's about it /

Not even complimentary coffee, very small lounge area /very thin cheap pillow and thin blanket ,cheap thin washcloth and shower towel, thin hard and uncomfortable mattress big enough for skinny people only. Poor lighting. I feel sorry for students staying there

Value for money but not without some extra effort.

This is my third stay and I was prepared. I bring my own bedding and a foam topper. Tiny ants had invaded the bathroom sink and I had to flood them out for two days. They also came out of the receptacle. The room walls were gross around the bed. Literally looked like the prior occupant had picked his nose and wiped it on the wall above his bed for months. It needed to be cleaned and repainted but has not been done. I will stay again because it’s the best price point I can find by far. I will further prepare myself for these kinds of issues. Bring some tape and paper to mask around the bed so my pillow doesn’t have to touch a dirty wall and I would have also taped off the electrical receptacle to block the ants. I think the ants problem is resolved but was caused by perhaps draining food stuff down the bathroom sink without proper drainage. Also the property now charges $8 per night for parking which they did not before.

Very very basic. No tv. Very dated

We chose this College for his price and the location (close to Gananoque but on the way to Toronto). We chose it for the value so we didn't expect anything more than what it is: a basic accommodation for one night. The check-in was smooth and the students (i guess) at "reception" were nice and quick, the room itself is very essential but we were surprised to have a private bathroom in the double room!

The bed sheets has spots on them and the beds were very uncomfortable; the correct building is not at all easy to find but since it's not their primary activity it's probably ok.
