recommend staying here!

perfect location - close to absolutely everything! good quality shampoo/soaps in bathroom. room was spacious - we traveled with our baby and had no problem fitting the playpen in for her to sleep. EV chargers were always available for us to use. staff was super friendly at check in/out.

mattress was too soft for us, might be general preference but our backs were sore after two nights. the air was dry, we would wake up needing to drink water and with a sore throat. overall these would not be deterrents and we would stay here again!

Was impressed with Hilton Garden Inn!

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to main roads, and places to eat. Really liked the cleanliness and the peppermint smell in the room!

Comfortable stay and felt like home.

The breakfast has good variety of options. People are very kind and welcoming.

There was no Nutella or chocolate spread for the pancakes or waffles 😊

Bueno pero pudo estar mejor

Me pareció bueno pero esperaba más siendo de la cadena Hilton, buscaba una estación de carga eléctrica para el automóvil y no había y el personal no daba recomendaciones y/o opciones. Considere que siendo un hotel de la cadena Hilton tendría estas instalaciones

Basic, nice rooms. Location not ideal

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Handy to have fridge, microwave etc. bathroom modern & clean. The staff at check in, and at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

The pool area was not clean. Floors dirty, windows dirty, pool water not at all clear. Even a green rim around the surface of the water. Bits floating around in the spa tub. Just didn’t feel clean or well maintained at all.

Nice hotel, convenient location

We travelled from out of town to visit the animal hospital so we needed a place close by. It was close to things to do and food. The breakfast buffet was really good. Decor and ambiance was nice.

It's beside a highway which you can hear but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Our room was not very clean, stains on the wall and under the bed looked like it has never been vacuumed. Pillows were way too flat.

Distance from downtown Toronto is a drawback.

Very good.

The breakfast was good, felt that you are eating at the restaurant. Really worth extra money when you book hotel. Kids enjoyed waffles and cereal. Loved that they served almond milk too.

Unfair treatment

It's a very neat and clean environment

There is no complimentary water as it is obtainable elsewhere except you book directly through them . They openly discourage you from booking through a third party so you can enjoy their services to the fullest

No security camera , not safe. My car's catalyst converter got stolen in their parking lot.

The property is clean, the price was reasonable

There was some noise at night but there had been an event and it wasn’t really the hotel’s fault. The noise was for a very short time though, around 11 pm

I won’t be returning.

I’d stayed there before and it was okay. this time the room had a musty smell about it.

Not a super welcoming front desk person - perhaps a little inexperienced? Janky bar/ restaurant with interrogation room lighting. what’s that about?
