De Shuttle taxi van en naar vliegveld was een fijne service. Verder zit je dicht bij het station van de Canada Line naar het centrum.
De ontbijtruimte is tevens ruimte bij de receptie. Erg rumoerig en te weinig ruimte op de drukke momenten. Ontbijt niet al te uitgebreid en aanvullen duurde soms erg lang. Airco op de kamer erg lawaaierig

経理的態度太惡劣，名字叫Tammy，其他員工都還可以，28曰那個下午三點没有電，我們要在外面等到晚上九點半回到酒店仍然沒有電力供應，我們只能去朋友家住一宿，很難受⋯⋯睡覺也睡不好👎等到第二天跟這個経理了解情況，她的態度很差勁，👎⋯⋯

Enjoyed the breakfast, bed was very comfortable , room was clean. The airport shuttle was most important to me and delivered me back to the airport at 4 in the morning. I used the airport shuttle three times altogether and it delivered me to the airport in timely matter.

Front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. We needed to check our bags after arriving from cruise ship earlier than check-in. She placed all bags in a secure location and retrieved them for us when it was time to check-in. She scheduled our trip to the airport on the van and gave us information about the pick-up procedure. She provided us with a local map and gave us instructions for walking to nearby shops.
I really can't think of anything that was wrong.

Couldn't get the heat in the room to be consistent. Thermostat not understandable but only there one night so didn't make a fuss about it!

The rooms ac system was leaking and the entire floor by ac unit, couch and table was wet. Staff mentioned everything was sold out so didn’t bother changing rooms. Floors smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking
