Location, rubber duck, pet friendly, beds were comfortable.
Ants in the bathroom, lack of a desk with a task chair on wheels, lack of a table to have a bite to eat, or a cup of tea, hot water in shower would intermittently scald me. It would be nice to have access to a vending machine with snacks other than drinks.

Room was exceptionally clean,comfortable and welcoming. Staff very pleasant and helpful.loved having a kettle to make a decent cup of tea!!! will definitely stay again on my next business trip to Kelowna.

Location
Drunk people in the pool puking while my kids were trying to swim. It should of been stopped instead they brought them plastic cups

What breakfast?
1) smoke detector was chirping when we arrived
2) tv did not work
3) fridge door didn’t close properly
4) toilet leaked at base leaving water on the floor
5) drug use in back parking lot and someone smoking crack in the stair wells

No room cleaning service and big fight outside our room at about 3 a.m. by other guests. We left next morning.
