Staffs were friendly.
Everything was old, though it's not such a cheap hotel. It needs a big renovation. No gluten free options for breakfast.

The hotel was really quiet at night.
The room was over $300 and it was old and dingy. The bath tub was stained and the washroom was tiny, the sink was in the main area.

Various facilities inside unit. Located near popular grocery stores and dining places like McDonald's and Walmart.
The breakfast was below my expectations. They didn't have restaurant for lunch and dinner. No toothpaste inside unit.

Catherine was fabulous. For example, she ensured breakfast was always plentiful and of good quality. She was very welcoming and friendly.
Driving access to the hotel was confusing because some access streets had permanent barriers.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff
OMG fix all the bathroom fans!! Mine was loud and squealed, I could hear all the fans in the rooms around me and could not sleep sometimes. FIX THE NOISY FANS!!!!!
