Ski in Ski Out, pet friendly. Ample sized rooms. Ski Valets. Food in the Morrissey restaurant was excellent generally other than the last night.
1.) Long waits at peak times for elevators. 2.) Motel 6 style shallow bathtubs in rooms (no soaker tubs in rooms) 3.) Underground access security key card swipe is on the passenger side of the car to enter - bad design. 4.) Damaged my mag wheels on sharp angled curb entering underground. you can blame it on my bad driving however at night its dark and never having been there before it creates an awkward angle the way the concrete curb has been layed. It may seem nitpicky, but I'm just sharing what I didn't like as this is the point of this section

Room was very clean, large enough for two adults and two kids 8 and 10 years young. All amenities in room very good. Bed very comfortable. We asked for a room facing out the back toward the green grass and the 'bike lift'...didn't get it but as we asked for a room with balcony and paid more for it, we were very happy to get that despite facing the arrival court (with car noise etc.). Better than the first night on the way to Calgary. One more thing: our daughter left her INVISILIGNERS (teeth braces) in a black napkin at breakfast.......of course they were thrown away as they were not seen wrapped in the napkin. After I asked my daugher where they were, we realised that she forgot them at the table. I ran downstairs to tell the breakfast staff.....they (3 of them= left immediately to find them in the kitchen (rubbish bin). I offered to look/search for them but they insisted they do it.....and HOORAY, they returned them all in one piece and all cleaned up :) A MASSIVE THANK YOU , BRILLIANT JOB TO the 3 of you!! Well done.!!! They mentioned this is not the first time this happened , hihihihi, In any case, this meant the world to us. Again a very GRATEFULL AND MASSIVE THANK to the breakfast room staff!!!
we booked this hotel both times (on the way to Calgary and on the way back) with breakfast. We were charged for breakfast the first time (CAD 78.00 plus ) for 1 kid, 2 adults, 2nd kid half price?? or even free?? I made double sure on the way back that breakfast was included.....and despite the check in person CONFIRMING that breakfast was DEFINITELY included , we were still questioned about it.......NOT a good thing. Even the staff admitted, that staff/management get things mixed up..... this MUST definitely be adressed.

Wonderful room, exceptional staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location and facilities were great.
Mantles restaurant which had a decent breakfast buffet but was disappointing for dinner.

Great staff lovely room

Nice guest room design and finishes
The sand and gravel in the front entry area and drives, is messy. The last snow was months ago, so why this dirt and gravel has not been sweep up and hosed down is odd. Tacky is a better word.

we asked ahead of time for there to be cream in the room, and we were told that was accommodated. But when we got there, the fridge was stocked with nondairy creamer which my sister is allergic to. By the time we arrived, the store had already closed so we didn’t get a chance to get any which may not seem that important but we love our coffee. We asked the hotel if they could please provide regular coffee cream and they said they would ask the restaurant. We got a call about an hour later, saying that they were unable to accommodate our request. We went down to the restaurant ourselves, asked for cream, and they were more than happy to give it to us, so I’m not sure why the hotel staff weren’t able to obtain it. I don’t believe they even tried.

location and staff
The lobby front was dusty. mind you there was a lot of foot traffic due to the music festival but the hotel could have managed it.

Great facilities. Great room. Would highly recommend.
Wish there was a seasonal update as there was nothing open in the evening, so there was no options for things to do.

clearly a very nice hotel that has, for one reason or another, fallen into sad disrepair.
- laundry and dryer were broken
-lots of deferred maintenance, most of the trimmings were worn or broken
- door to the room propped open
-unfriendly and unhelpful staff: we were often told things to make us go away that weren’t true

Perfect ski in/ski out location. Very comfortable, good swimming pool and hot tubs (they do get crowded so pick your times). Great ski concierge. Would definitely stay here again.
property feels a little tied (probably because everyone is tramping through the hallway in ski boots)

Location was fantastic. One bedroom suite was a generous size & very comfortable. The view was beautiful. Loved the Nespresso machine. Ski valet convenient.
We stayed for 10 days in the one bedroom suite, which had a little dining table, would have been great, as we were definitely were not eating out every meal, pointless though, as hotel did not & would not supply plates/bowls or cutlery. Ridiculous for a ten day stay. Had to purchase disposable plastic plates & cutlery. These one bedroom suites are expensive to stay in and it is a complete oversight to not supply a basic couple of items for convenience, can i suggest a toaster too?.... we have stayed in much smaller hotel rooms way better equipped. There is a microwave on the floor, I assume to just heat up takeaway in plastic containers..
Cleaning of room was hit and miss. Lots of promises to get back to room, to no avail. In saying that probably short staffed at the time.
