The parking

It was a great City, close walk round in downtown, and we had great view front water.

On complaint room was exchanged

The interior was clean and it was well situated near local bars and restaurants.
The area didn’t feel particularly safe, I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but the downtown core was full of people who were not of sound mind.

Very accommodating and undestanding. We were with a kids hockey team. Hotel staff was exceptional with any help required.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Should add more varieties for coffee and tea. Had everything from shampoo to bodywash. I would recommend a face wash, soap is sticky/bad texture after.
Leak/hole in the bathroom ceiling. Could hear something crack in the middle of the night.
