I liked to self check-in service before arriving at the property, the nice and quiet location, and to feel the cozy living room and comfortable beds. the heating system is working well and the swimming pool and jacuzzi are great to have after hiking and activity. that is great for the family absolutely.

It was a little bit hard to find a parking entrance.

They gave us the wrong code, so we had to call. Just a mistake though.

We had a code and we got in the garage and room just fine. It was all handled by email, efficiently.

I requested ski locks to put our skis in the ski locker room. None were delivered. We had to store our skis in the car. I emailed the property manager and they said they would "try to get us some" but they were in short supply. Also the hot tub was luke warm on Thursday and on Friday they were changing water and it was closed....

This place exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. It was easy to check in using door codes, parking was easy, location was great. Nex time we come back in Whistler, we want to rebook this place. The condo had everything we needed and the pool / barbecue area was super clean. During our stay, the Covid rules changed in BC and the host messaged us to make sure we knew about it. We appreciated that. Highly recommend.

Nice furniture, channels and TV. Very functional kitchen.

Bathroom on the second floor was dirty. I made several pictures and sent it to reception. I was told that management will pay back resort fees but it never happened. Very strict check-in and out policy.

Our room was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked which is a rarity in my opinion. Beds are comfortable.

Lovely location. A 6 min drive from the village. The Creekside grocery store is a 4 min walk which is really amazing.
