Staff can work on their attitude

Staff was very responsive when we let them know we had cockroaches in our room.

The first morning we woke up we had cockroaches on our counter where we had left some food out. The following morning when we woke up we had cockroaches on the counter and floor. When I informed staff they moved us to a different room. The room we were moved to the carpet was all wet. So we had to keep out shoes on at all times and keep out baby off the floor for the remaining of the time there.

DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. EVERYHTING WAS GREAT. GOOD VARIETRY OF FOOD AND JUICE. MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT AS MUCH AS I DID. HIGHLY RECOMMED IT.

THERE WAS HONESLTY NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL ALWAYS.

The breakfast was great with real eggs and bacon! The room is nice. Love the ceiling fan in the bedroom!!!

The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable sadly, otherwise this place is perfect!

Location is good and the cleaning is very good. I also liked the welcome evening.

Althought a booked a room for 2 adult and 1 children, the staff gave me a room with one bed. After that, she changed to another room, but in this time, the room did not have blackout on the window, turning the sleep after sun raise impossible. After the first night, a brought the issue to the staff and she said that the engineering would be communicated. unfortunately, after arriving in the hotel for the secou d night, nothing was done.

The property is huge and accessible.

I would love it if there would be service staff 24 /7. I asked for extra towels and had to get them at the front desk.

everything was perfect, really enjoy and will gladly estay over again, it’s very complete as it is perfect for any king of stay, and the room privacy form our kids was the ideal touch

the parking cost, it really doesn’t make since, its not san fransisco or a big city with limited space
