The breakfast was good and the room was clean and the staff was great so all around we had a good stay.

Breakfast was always made available, very convenient. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, Overall a good experience.

Downside trying to squeeze into their tight spaces in the parking lot, they did have additional parking which was a plus.

Staff were really nice and helpful!

The check-in experience was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Washroom was spotless. Location was 5 minutes from Sea World. Breakfast was yummi.

Its location does not do it justice, the area is not very beautiful but it is very central in the heart of San Diego, only one street away and you are in the downtown the parking is free, I recommend it

The hotel was clean, but old and not well maintained. Breakfast was decent and edible, even the eggs. For the price, it was a good deal. We got what we paid for.

Parking is incredibly tight. Like, let the passengers out of the car before you pull in tight. I think due to recent flooding/rain there were issues. The only street to the hotel was blocked off during the day while the city did something in the sewer drain so you had to drive through a neighboring business’ parking lot to even get to the hotel. Most of the parking lot was covered in a puddle of water that was coming up from a pipe in the ground. No idea what that was about. Maintenance was lacking. The plate around the electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken and just superglued back together. Those things cost like fifty cents, just buy a new one! Painters obviously didn’t use blue tape. Different materials throughout the room. It just looked very diy and shoddy. Elevator reeked of smoke.

being located by the exit door, toilet paper was not provided by housekeeping for some reason and the door to the room was not aligned so light got in at night

management was upset because I needed to switch my room was smelling like bleach, she said that they don’t use bleach and my reply was it smells like something and I’m concerned about my toddler. the new room smell old odor, the floor was dirty specially in the the bathroom had dirty spots but I wasn’t going to say anything specifically when management wasn’t happy about me complaining for the odor on the first room we got.
