The apartment was roomy enough and beds were comfortable, elevator access was convenient. Breakfast offerings were not outstanding but adequate. Price was very reasonable for two people, and location fairly convenient for walking to the downtown centre. Parking right across from the building was handy. Tip for guests wanting to walk to city centre, go around the building to Kent St., sidewalks are in better condition than Grafton St. out front & is a more attractive walk. Very nice small park right across the street from Glendenning, the Joe Ghiz Memorial Park. Best price you're likely to find for a 2 bedroom apartment in Charlottetown.

My only real complaint is that the apartments have no dishes at all, and while you can request them it's a very mixed box you may get. I'd recommend guests bring their own basic cookware & teakettle or small pot for boiling water. We were presented with a Dutch oven when we asked for a pot to boil water for tea. Come prepared & you'll do fine.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was bagels,cereal,tea,juice,coffee. Clean and quiet spot!

- breakfast included - 10 mins walk to downtown area and about a 15mins walk from the Maritime bus terminal - friendly staff - had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, clean and quiet - beds were comfortable - each room equipped with cable TV and your own window AC unit - good size kitchen - free parking - highly recommended, will definitely be back!

Loved having an affordable option in Charlottetown! Spacious accommodations with 2 rooms and a kitchen. Simply furnished with no decoration, but very comfortable and the location was convenient with restaurants within easy walking distance. There was some noise from people in the hall, but very quiet overall. The included breakfast was a nice bonus.

Easy walking distance to Red Shores which was the reason for our trip.
