Good location with easy access to all the bars/restaurants, a 20 min ride to both COTA or the airport

Prima, centraal gelegen.

Staff would not take apple wallet or a virtual card . Disappointing when you planned to pay for room this way . They required an actual physical card , even though staff did not even look at it .

The location to the event and staff was AWESOME!

There was no microwave in my room and I should of check the amenities better when I was booking.

Although we requested housekeeping services to be done every few days, none was provided. The breakfasts were substandard for the price - very little choice, pre-cooked eggs, no variety; European hotels provide superb breakfasts for similar prices

comfortable beds, cleanliness and location

shower takes 15 minutes to warm up and there was a nail that stuck up from the floor which I stepped on ☹️ which I completely forgot to inform the hotel staff. also, that $55/a night for parking was terrible!

Comfortable room with great location

Great Location and room as pretty adequate for what we needed. The breakfast was great and I love the balcony they have at the breakfast hall. Their pool looked pretty nice too, but sadly we didn't have enough time to enjoy it.

Parking was challenging, the hotel has overnight parking for about $60 which is quite expensive. We found a public park garage few blocks away for $20 overnight.

The hotel was conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants. It was extremely clean with great beds and pillows. Very quiet.

Great for business stay

Check in and out easy, staff great, breakfast was good, gym was OK. Check in was listed as being up until midnight but the desk was staffed when I got there after midnight.

Bathroom a little dirty on arrival (hair on shelf under mirror), comforter too warm
