La limpieza de la habitación y el desayuno

Muy mal servicio en la recepción, muy poco amables. La habitación agradable pero el sofá cama no tenia sábanas ni ropa de cama; la cobija que nos trajeron estaba rota. Al día siguiente no arreglaron la habitación que porque nosotros teníamos que avisar que la debían arreglar (primera vez en la vida que me pasa esto en un hotel y fuera de eso en el ingreso no le advierten a uno que así funcionan las cosas en este hotel); pedimos que al menos nos llevaran unas toallas secas y nunca aparecieron con ellas. Las personas de la recepción con un trato despectivo y totalmente desinteresadas con la situación, muy poco interés por prestar un buen servicio. La verdad no volvería.

La atención estuvo muy mala, olía muy feo, el desayuno terrible, las habitaciones viejas y sucias. Pague las suite más cara del hotel y prácticamente me tocó rogar para que me alistaran el sofá cama del cuarto. No recomiendo este hotel para nada

Hotel stay was ruined because the Room's 2 windows were permanently covered with brown paint stained plastic sheets. prohibiting 100% of natural light and outside view.perspective, resulting in darkened room.. Our complaints to front desk recd zero response. This is no way to treat paying hotel guests paying close to $300 per day.

The bed was soft.

The elevator is out dated and needs service ASAP!!!

I liked the breakfast very much, coffee excellent, oatmeal good, the other selections was very good, I also like the yohurt selections, there certainly was lots of jelly, butter, coffee selections to choose from.

What I didn't like, I didn't ask for a walk-in shower, I didn't know if there was one in the hotel, next time I'll ask, also the toilet paper roll was a little far for me to reach when I was on the toilet, I managed.

The breakfast was good, and it easy to reach where I planned to be.

I don't have any complaints.
