Tameka was at the front desk when I checked in. She was welcoming and very polite but professional. My check-in only took less than 5 mins since I had already done it online. Loved that my room had literally a mini kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes, full size refrigerator and pots and pans. Housekeeping were awesome too...

There was nothing I didnt like. Hotel was clean from the get go and hotel decor was beautiful. The location and hotel was so quiet, I thought I was the only one there.

The rooms were large with plenty of room to sit as a family. The breakfast was also very good with a large variety of food to eat.

Hotel very well situated in Boynton Beach, close to many good restaurants. Ocean Ridge beach is a 15 min drive or you can go to Lake Worth Beach were parking is easier to find. Room was below expectations in terms of size. In terms of cleanliness it was very good.

Room cleaning was a little deficient and some follow-up was required with front desk staff as well as cleaning staff to have room refreshed. The hotel appeared to be short staffed. Hall carpets were dirty but had been refreshed by the time we left.

Traveling RN… This location was convenient for my needs of this stay. Staff was excellent! Was accommodated for a later check out to complete some work needs. Rooms were immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful with hot & cold items, fresh fruit and beverages. Plenty of lobby seating, nooks and places to eat or work on your laptop if you didn’t want to be in your room. The entire location was very clean, bright and welcoming.

I have no complaints to report for this stay.
