Location was perfect being only 10 minutes from my appointment. Staff was easily accessible. Staff was also on scene at the nighttime hour to ensure all guests remain respectful of noise and tying up loose ends. In addition to coffeemaker and fridge in room, there was a main lounge offering microwave, fridge and morning coffee with other kitchen amenities. It was obvious the owners cater to their guests. This was my second stay and would come back again. It is highly recommended.

Even though a microwave is accessible in the main lounge, a room microwave would be helpful.

Great Towels

Location is great, good for nice walk and boat launch across the road with extra parking at back of motel if you have boat trailer, also across the road is bar and pub to grab lunch/diner/drinks with great view of the river. within a few minutes of 1000 island boat tour in Rockport Ont. and 1000 islands tower.

Only needs better window covering.

Its a nice, quiet and clean motel, just beside the ivy lea boat ramp. I will go back there next year!

Rates in booking.com was too expensive

The bed was comfortable, room seemed clean and well equipped. Appreciated the outdoor space in front of the room. Owner was pleasant.

The common kitchenette needs to be cleaned throughout and small electrical appliances replaced. The kettles did not work so couldn’t make my coffee in a French press I had brought so ended up using the coffee maker which took about half an hour to make 8 cups of coffee.

Nice guy that took care of us, sorry didn't remember his name. We have already booked another night in July 2021 when we left today.

Maybe a large mini fridge if we were staying more than 2 days, but it was fine for the night we were there.

Location was perfect for going fishing.

convenient location along the Thousand Island Parkway for bicycle touring from Kingston. Restaurant across the road. Basic Motel otherwise.
