The parking fee of $45 is the most I have paid in the world. I found it to be exorbitant and it influenced my opinion of entire stay.

Nice room and space for price

Front desk people after check in was inattentive . Completely ignored myself and others while waiting for service . Valet was super nice once we found him . Breakfast area was a mess - noobs around cleaning up . I was very angry when the cleaning lady was pounding on my door and scared my kids at 8 am check out day . Check out was until 11 or 12 ! Then comes back again knocking then while I was downstairs and my kids were in the room she just walked in my son ! No apology just walked back out after seeing him .

The facility is of good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The control of the air conditioner in the first room was not working. Hence, we couldn't turn off the air conditioner, which was quite loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Fortunately, the staff immediately helped us change the room where the control was working, and we could sleep easily. Another issue is that there is only an option with valet parking and the guests cannot park their cars themselves.

I feel like for the price we paid, there could have been more attention paid to the little details, like damaged and stained furnishings.

Black Mold in toilet. Slimmy feeling bathtub! Other people trash still in the room.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent and I like how they always have coffee/tea/water and apples available.

I don’t like valet parking and that was my only choice.

The Staff were more than helpful. We have 3 kids and they went above and beyond.

The hotel staff were friendly & extremely helpful. The location was good, a nice clean, safe, & affordable place to stay! I would recommend this hotel.

Not great part of town, valet parking expensive, nothing to do near hotel, no restaurant in hotel, elevator broke down while there and second elevator took forever!

Pool was filthy. Broken toilet seat. Slow sink drain. Water faucet wouldn't easily turn off.

Great modern rooms. Comfortable bed.

Hotel offers valet parking only. Next door there is public parking available (paid meter).
