The staff were friendly, there were all of the expected amenities, and the parking lot was easy to navigate.

The curtain in the room was thin, and beyond privacy reasons, it was also hard to sleep due to all of the light coming in. The gym facilities not being 24 hours was a disappointment, as I sometimes need to work late. The shower was damaged (leaky, the shower head functions didn't work, and the tub itself was damaged and cracked in a fee places).

Rooms are a little outdated and didn't have USB plugs. Overall it was comfortable and served our purposes.

It was a disaster to book this hotel

It was a disaster, the guy at reception JAKE did not find it in the system and told me that I am at the wrong address, when I showed him the confirmation number than he changed the story and told us you were booked for yesterday, well that was shocked especially when you are coming from 15 hrs international flight with three kids. I contacted booking.com and they did not help as well, seems businesses are the same for each other.
