Great pool, breakfast, and rooms.

On the Saturday night we could not find parking. There was a big event at the hotel, the restaurant was full, the bowling ally was full, and I think that people were parked there for the hockey arena next door as well. I spent 1 hour trying to find a parking spot. Apparently, there is a parking lot across the street that can be used but I did not know about that beforehand.

There was plenty to choose from, at the Breakfast Buffet.

The Staff were all stuck-up, and very rude. Also, they state that they have a pool AND a hot tub, but the hot tub has been permanently closed-up, since COVID hit!! :'(

the staff was pretty rude when letting them know that the furnace was making loud noises all night and waking up to it being cold. the pool was nasty, felt very germish and no hot tub. the pool staff need to keep that place clean, especially when you see bandaids floating around and big hair clumps in the drains. the tv was way out of date and too small to really see anything. the tower suck and you have to walk so far to go back to your room. I personally do not like the Quattro for their amentitie!

Upon arrival the feeling of being safe and comfortable is evident beginning with the reception staff who greet you warmly with a smile that gives you the impression that they are genuinely happy you have arrived . The premises are clean and tastefully decorated . The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is inviting and has a varied menu to please everyone's palate. The pool area is large, clean and family oriented.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not available.

Nothing. Everything was great.

the place was spotless and staff very friendly. the breakfast was great with a very friendly server.

The location was perfect as all the restaurants are just walking distance away.

The only thing i would say is the soap and shampoo as there were just one bottle and it didnt even last 1 night. May be a few more in the room so wont have to go and ask the front desk or call. Other than that nothing.

There was a funny smell in the fridge so we didn't end up using it.
