Location and value for money are great! Lovely spot to stay.

Would have loved if the pet friendly rooms had microwaves. We have a family member with severe allergies so we were unable to eat at the restaurant or use the communal microwave.

We took just a light breakfast as we had early morning travels and there was a terrible snow storm that we had to endure. Staff was great in getting us updates on the storm and possible road closures. We had dinner at Casey's and enjoyed the meal also.

I loved everything about this place. Especially the outdoor hot tub and pools. Absolutely beautiful giving off a vibe with the palm trees etc ... The front desk were amazing and friendly and fast check-in. Even the cleaning ladies were very kind and asked how you were doing with a smile. I liked that there was a bar attached with live entertainment as well as a restaurant. Amazing overall!

Our room was very small and we thought we were getting a king sized bed and ended up with a double. People checked out of our room at 2:30 when checkout is 11:00.

Quick and friendly check in with clear communication. Parking was as you come which was honestly perfectly fine for us! We had dinner in Casey’s where the food and drinks were 10/10 and the service was exceptional. The rooms check all the boxes in regards to good quality, spacious and clean room. Also the searchmont ski hill is a quick 30/40 minute drive from the hotel and that was ideal.

Perhaps the walls are quite thin, when you walk in the hallway you can hear other peoples music etc which is fine. Until it’s 3/4 and you can hear the persons conversations word for word on both sides of your room. In the hotels defence it was New Years Eve so I presume many guests were partying and up late. I will say I have stayed here before and although the walls are thin in my opinion usually everyone abides by the noise contract you sign when you check in.

Convenient location and easily accessible as we have family living in the area. The food and service at the hotel restaurant was great. We were impressed by the size and cleanliness our suite.

The beds were a little uncomfortable as in not firm enough and the bathroom was quite small

Outside hot tub was great on day one but day 2 it was closed. Enjoyed pool. We were moved to a 2nd room due to booking format and the 2nd room was very nice.

Went to their lounge to eat. Took them one hour and a half to get food. Just horrible. not recommended.
