The location was convenient

The cabinets were falling apart, the refrigerator was hard to get to, the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed, the lights above the bed we’re coming out of the wall and the TV had hardly any sound, plus the noises hallway in the middle of the night wasn’t pleasant.

The location was great because it is close to stores and where my niece lives. I love the young girl at the front desk as well as her brother. They are warm and accommodating.

I would have liked a toilet brush in my room and an additional electrical oulet.

The location was excellent. Centrally located to all we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was good and spotless. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel common areas were filthy. The carpet was literally black with stains. The hallways were dark. The staff was extremely rude. They never said hello not even at check-in. Just barking orders like you were being checked into a prison. Give me your ID. Pay your bill. Charged a security deposit for room damage. Would not inspect room before we left. Said it would take 7 days for a decision on room condition and refund. Beyond unacceptable. Never felt so unwelcome at a hotel anywhere in the world.
