Did not like the parking No elevator very few handicap spots Shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you pay $300 + per night

I did not like anything

Front of house staff and reception was not friendly. Shower was not draining properly. Lock on the restroom didn’t work at all. Amenities were not full when we entered room, had to order more towels and shampoo. This hotel wasn’t what we booked but we were transferred here because the other hotel overbooked, so we were hoping it would have same facilities and amenities but it’s really lacking.

All was great. Breakfast was great and staff was attentive

Not very clean, hallways and room smell like an old wet mop. Also housekeeping is not regulated unless you ask. I was completely unpleased of stains and blood stains on bedding and curtains. Bathroom was not swept, lamps were lop sized upon entry of check in. Not the Embassy Suites I’m use to. Very outdated.

The pool and the breakfast

That the 1st room I was in #703, the AC didn't work and neither did the A/C. The room was not stocked with enough towels, soap etc for a Suite. The 2nd room i was moved to #915, the A/C did not work either. At this point it was near 10 pm and we already had a long day. I had 3 kids ages 7,7 and 8 and 2 adults. I was not satisfied overall and I think it's just this location.

I thought the rooms were huge. I would compare them to a small apartment on how spacious they were. The location of the hotel was also a huge convenience located right by 275.

Our room had an odor due to the bathroom drain. I reported it to the front desk but honestly I knew it wasn't much they could've done. In my opinion house keeping was a little lax on fresh towels, and discarding the trash.

hot tub was cold and not working. there were never towels available for the pool. the pool area smelt like urine and the toilet in our room all night

Had a great time with the grandkids. The suites are nice and big and very comfortable!

Location was main reason this hotel was chosen. Pool was nice. Layout of room and the view were incredible. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, with 4 of us and only 2 breakfast coupons we did not eat at hotel. The Waffle House next door was excellent! The cleanliness of room wasn't ideal. Cost for parking was unreasonable with the amount we spent for room for 4 nights. The elevator broke and we had to take stairs down 15 floors but it was repaired that same day.

coffee is terrible. parking is very tight in garage. no quick breakfast items.
