I liked the location and the staff.
The beds were very uncomfortable, the pool was full of algae, weird burning smell on the 6th floor, very outdated, and the breakfast was lackluster

The proximity to DFW (10 minutes by Uber) is important to us, as we usually arrive late and leave early. The staff is excellent and work hard to make their guests happy. Breakfast is good, but I'd prefer a better selection of cut fruit.

The breakfast was absolutely appalling. Very little options and the options available were really disappointing.
Reception had a funny smell.
The lifts were taped together and a bit dodgy.

Our room was noisy as situated right near the outside door which was used at all hours and kept slamming shut.

Breakfast was tasty. There were many items to choose from. Location of the hotel was in close proximity to the facility we visited.
Housekeeping did not supply our room with hand towels or wash cloths when they were changed out.

Checking in the lady at the front desk was kind.
The front desk clerk who we dealt with March 16, Saturday was rude as we came back in after an early morning appointment and he kept asking us if we were guests of the hotel as we walked in and went to the breakfast buffet. He was loudly questioning us in front of the other guests.
We were checking out and I told him we were checking out and our room number and he just pointed to the plastic box where guests deposit their keys. Very rude and condescending.

One of our rooms was supper hot . At first we had told the office twice about the situation and someone didn’t com check out the room tell 3 hr later !! Had my toddler crying & had to take her in the other room with my sister in law to stay there with the other kids tell they came and said they needed to change the AC . Then maintenance said if that air don’t work then if there is a room available y’all can move . But we was so tired we just all sleeped in the other room !

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 am and woke us even though we had sign on outside of the door handle “do not disturb”.

We found in the two rooms that we books cockroach looking crawling insects in bathroom floor. Disgusting!
