It was quite easy to find. When we entered the building the was a warm welcoming feel.

we loved the location and the property is very clean.

When we checked in the front desk staffs were great. we checked-in in the evening and jay was very accommodating and gave us a room that I requested due to allergies from furs. we were also given complimentary water since we were members of Hilton rewards program. Upon check out however, we requested a later check out since our flight is at 10pm. we were given till one and i requested at just an hour more but the front desk lady informed us it would be 50.00 after 1. we checked out at 1. we asked if they can give us water but the lady at the front desk was charging us for it and told us that they do not give it out for free when we had it for the last 3 days we were there..we also asked for shuttle to airport but the front desk staff declined as they dont have anyone to drive us. we booked an airport hotel just because we needed the shuttle and they couldn’t provide one?? the lady at the front desk is not friendly in any way and wouldn’t even smile. its the same person we asked for water and a late check out. ver poor customer service. except ofcourse for the 2 gentleman who assisted us upon check in.

Swimming pool was too cold..

Loved the pool and whirlpool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

No bathtub.

when we arrived we were early, our room wasn’t ready yet. They upgraded our room so we didn’t have to wait!

One bedroom room had lots of room to move, kitchenette, and the bed and pillows were actually comfy. I liked having a door to close between the room and the main area to drown out hallway noise, though there wasn’t much noise anyways.

Because of covid rules the breakfast is no longer buffet, and it wasn’t that busy at the hotel so I think some of the bread products had been there for awhile. The scone I took was rock hard. Opt for the fresh fruit, yogurt, or DIY waffles

The only thing was the garbages were too small and needed extra bags left in the room.

Nothing, I was greeted with a $400 deposit. I've stayed in 5 Star hotels and never paid a $400 deposit. The attempt to make it look like a boutique Hotel is a joke.

Everything. Ugly service, ugly worn out hallways, scratches all over the doors, I got a view of a vent pipe and a fence. Worst stay ever. When the he heater came on it sounded like a ship turbine and off all night I woke up to it
